Le Mirage sur Istres

There was a time when this was practically my go-to spot... simple, efficient, no frills, and plenty of good food. It's true you have to arrive at just the right time, otherwise there aren't many options. But once you know that... the owner is helpful and smiling, which makes up for the worn seats... I recommend this place: family-run, friendly, with an upstairs area, well-located in the Tubé shopping district.

The restaurant is still as lovely as ever. The waiter, who I believe is also the owner, is always so pleasant, always ready with a joke, and always smiling, as is the waitress. The dishes are varied; the only thing missing was ginger. My friend and I always come back with pleasure. I didn't give it 5 stars for the atmosphere because on Monday evening there was a man who was speaking very loudly and rudely, but this is obviously beyond your control. All the best to you.

We came to eat tonight with family, the welcome was very warm and polite. We ate well, the restaurant was clean. It's just a shame there isn't a wok, but if not, thank you for everything.
