This is far from a real Italian pizzeria. The baby octopus starters were barely cooked. The charcuterie platter was good, but was swimming in salad dressing underneath. The pizzas, on the other hand, were a huge letdown: completely bland, made on industrial dough. They looked like pizza tarte flambée. Diced industrial ham, goat cheese in an industrial log... it's a shame the ingredients weren't fresh, at least. Decent service.

We had lunch at this restaurant today and received a warm welcome. The menu offers a wide range of homemade dishes. The service was relatively quick, about 10 minutes. The dishes were well-presented and generous; my pizza was perfectly cooked and very well-seasoned. My guests' pasta and salad looked delicious, and they thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The desserts were excellent. I had the chocolate brownie tart, and one of my guests had the homemade apple tart—both were truly decadent. The setting is inviting, and the atmosphere is pleasant. We had a lovely lunch.

20/01/2026: Friendly welcome, quick service, excellent value for money. Note: limited seating, so it's best to book in advance if you're in a group! A minor drawback is the outdoor toilets (a bit difficult for people with mobility issues).

Le Relais du Chateau

16/12/2025: This hotel is our home base when we're in the area. Since they offer dinner there (reservations required), we always do! A little treat: their Chablis is excellent! (Please drink responsibly). The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The setting is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. When we came for breakfast, there were mini crepes and pancakes, delicious jams, fruit, and more. We can't wait for spring so we can return and spend some time by the fireplace.
