Le Palais sur Maule

I discovered Le Palais du Maroc in Maule and had a wonderful time. I chose a royal couscous, which was particularly delicious and generous. The semolina was light, the vegetables melted in your mouth, and the broth was subtly flavored. The meats were perfectly cooked and varied: tender chicken, flavorful lamb, a nicely grilled kebab, and merguez sausage with just the right amount of spice. Every bite felt like a dish prepared with care and respect for traditional Moroccan flavors. To accompany the meal, I enjoyed a mint tea served in the purest tradition. Fragrant, balanced, and comforting, it provided a lovely finishing touch to this lunch. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere warm, with decor that evokes travel. The portions are generous, and the quality is excellent. A truly wonderful place in Maule for lovers of authentic Moroccan cuisine. I will gladly return to discover other specialties on the menu. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
