Couscous is a traditional, emblematic dish of Algerian cuisine. It must be prepared with great delicacy, just like at home. The Berber Palace is truly the place to eat the best Kabyle/Algerian couscous, made with local ingredients and products sourced directly from Algeria. The staff is extremely respectful and friendly. In any case, I had a truly enjoyable time at this restaurant. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and quickly seated. The staff was very attentive without being intrusive, always ready to answer our questions and ensure everything was going well. Thank you, Mimi and Yasmine, and the entire family, for this very friendly and enjoyable experience.
