Excellent restaurant. The cuisine is high quality and traditional, and the staff are very pleasant and attentive.

The location is good. We ordered the Nîmes platter, but it wasn't very good value for money. There weren't many items for €9.90. However, the service and welcome were very good.

There were five of us. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The service was very attentive. I dropped my knife, and she brought me a fresh one almost before it hit the floor.

I stumbled upon this place and was completely satisfied. Thank you for accepting my Dalmatian. Fresh products and very affordable prices. Around sixty euros with four free desserts. And the servers were extremely friendly. I recommend it. I will be back.

Mixed review for Le Palmier in Nîmes.
The service is very pleasant and the location is really nice, right next to the Arena, on a pretty little square.
However, we were disappointed by the paella: the first one was dry and overcooked, apparently because it was the same one from lunchtime that had been reheated. After pointing this out, they prepared a new one for us, which was much better, but still not exceptional.
You can tell it's not really homemade.
The price is very affordable, which is appropriate for an establishment located in a very touristy area. Personally, I would prefer fewer choices, a little more expensive, but with fresh ingredients and truly homemade food.

Very friendly staff! 😊
We had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm and, in terms of value for money, absolutely nothing to complain about! We will gladly return. 🌸

The meal was decent. Good value for money, well located. It's a shame the waitress with the blue bandage on her nose wasn't so welcoming and friendly... and yet it wasn't even busy.

A rushed and nonchalant welcome. I ordered an Ocean Salad with shrimp, crabmeat, salmon, etc. The small amount of crabmeat was tasteless and uninteresting, while the salmon had some crunchy pieces. There was a noticeable lack of dressing on the salad. Despite this, the shrimp fritters were good, and the salad was edible. The bill was too salty (like the olives) for the dish I ate.
