Very good exotic dishes, prepared with care.
The servers were very kind and friendly. Service was quick.
Good value for money.
However, a minor drawback was the cleanliness of the floor and chairs.

A cold welcome from a young woman who didn't smile.
Another woman, smiling and friendly, took our order and brought it very quickly (a plus). She said she'd bring the bread, salt, and pepper, but I saw her taking other people's orders while we had already started eating. I had to get up so the bread wouldn't arrive after we'd already eaten half our meal… A nice restaurant, but noisy if you're looking for peace and quiet.

The order arrived too quickly, even though we hadn't received our appetizers or pitas. As a result, the main courses arrived 5 minutes after we ordered, so we sent them back, saying we'd have our appetizers first. But then, the food arrived cold, so I asked for a replacement. They reheated it, and it ended up dry but scalding hot. I asked to speak to a manager to return the item, and she offered to deduct the cost of the dish. So, a gesture of goodwill, but overall, an average lunch.

This is more of a fast-food joint than a proper restaurant. The food is average, but it's essentially assembled from pre-prepared ingredients with no real on-site cooking.
The drinks, on the other hand, are excellent and largely contribute to the three-star rating.
As for the ambiance, we were seated on the ground floor on worn-out banquettes, some of which were ripped open and simply covered with a piece of fabric. Upstairs, a large, otherwise beautiful room remained closed despite our request, which is regrettable.
