We had a wonderful time last night with a friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A special thank you to Jennifer for her warm welcome, her smile, her helpfulness, and her advice. These are qualities that are unfortunately not often found among the servers at this restaurant.

Tuesday, May 26th, lunch. It took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. We were given a carafe of hot water and asked if ice was available; the answer was no ice. We asked if we could have slightly colder water, and the answer was that we would have to order mineral water. There wasn't even time to order dessert, which we were really looking forward to. We ordered coffee: the machine was broken...

As regulars at this restaurant, we were very disappointed with the service this time. They made no effort, ignored our calls, and couldn't get us apple juice (even though it's always served). They were also unhelpful. It's a real shame because the food is still excellent.

We came at lunchtime when it was quite busy, and yet the service was incredibly fast. We were short on time, so we mentioned it to the waiter, and they really came through. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure!
