Le petit baigneur sur Guidel

15/11/2025: During a dog walk on Guidel beach, a fellow teacher recommended this place to our friends. Indeed, it was a wise recommendation that lived up to the promise, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the cuisine: kudos to the chef! Thank you for the advice when ordering, which helped guide our choices for this first experience: the chef not only knows their dishes but also knows how to convey their passion for their craft. From the crispy spicy shrimp with baby vegetables to the mackerel fillet with chutney as a starter, our taste buds were delighted. The veal kidneys and the sea bream fillet with risotto were equally perfect. As for the desserts, both the French toast and the chocolate fondant were simply divine. Special mention also goes to the homemade foie gras. Finally, the red wine from St. Guilhem du Désert is exceptional. We highly recommend this restaurant run by professionals. We will definitely be back.
