19/08/2024: Thanks for changing the schedule. During the winter I showed up at around 6 p.m. and was getting ready to close.

19/08/2024: It's the second time I've stopped in Istres on my way back home from my vacation. We liked it so much the previous time that we were very excited to repeat it, it did not disappoint us. The quality and good looking pastry. Furthermore, the clerk knew English and recommended an offer of chouquettes that we wouldn't have ordered at first and we loved them. We will return
