The rooms are very spacious and the bedding very comfortable The swimming pool is very appreciable and very well maintained The cuisine is faultless, the dishes and desserts are fresh, tasty and the choices are varied. What a pleasure to stay at the Prieuré: a preserved, calm and charming place in the Camargue... The swimming pool and its surroundings are superb, the rooms (mention ++ for the bedding) are very well maintained and very comfortable. As for the hosts, they really take care of everyone! We will come back, for sure 😍😍

I recommend! Go there with your eyes closed! I went to the restaurant three times this summer with friends for lunch and dinner and it was delicious!!! Starter main course and dessert, really nothing to complain about! I still think about it! I also slept there in the guest room, and the room was really beautiful and the bed was giant and very comfortable! The breakfast was complete: continental, with pastries, crepes, muffins, ham, cheese, cottage cheese, cereals, juice, hot drinks. And the big swimming pool with this heat was really refreshing. And the sofa and sunbathing area is really nice! Thank you for this great stay!!

I can only emphatically recommend the Domaine du Prieuré as well as the restaurant where we spent a few days recently!! Top gastronomic restaurant, the menu is very diverse, we enjoyed ourselves every time we ate there (well done to the chef). The waitress serves us with a smile and the setting around which we sit is magnificent!! On the guest room side, also faultless where the bedding, the furnishings and the beauty of the place make our stay perfect!! The grounds, the swimming pool and everything surrounding the Priory are very well maintained with dense and furnished vegetation which adds to the charm of the residence. I do not forget the wonderful owners of this very welcoming and warm place, who do the necessary work throughout the year to make us forget our daily lives, for a moment and give us an unforgettable stay in this place full of stories!!

Each dish is a true culinary journey, combining high-quality regional products. The chef knows how to highlight the local terroir with a creative touch that surprises and seduces with every bite. The service is impeccable: attentive, discreet, and extremely courteous. The wine advice was particularly appreciated, with perfect pairings to accompany the dishes. L'Est d'Estagel is undoubtedly a rare pearl in Saint-Gilles. Whether for a romantic dinner, an outing with friends, or a special occasion, it is a gastronomic experience that is worth the detour. We will definitely come back!!!

I share my experience about the restaurant on the Domain du Prieurè d'Estagel estate where my husband and I went to eat. First of all, the location is very beautiful, it is located inside an ancient building made entirely of stone. Very friendly, discreet and quick service. We chose a Sable de Camargue wine from the Dune winery, really delicious. Not to mention the food, the pride of the place, we both took the tasting menu for 48 euros which included an appetizer, we chose the sea bass chevice, a main course, we chose the beef fillet and a dessert, we chose the chef's childhood memory. All very good! The chef is very young but already very good and talented, congratulations! Highly recommended
