21/12/2024: Hello, La Boulangerie de la Balle for having made several given my travels it is the best in all the region the bread at the top I put it in the freezer and when it defrosts still just as good the pastries are very good and we can keep them for 3 4 days we still find them as delicious and the cakes too, especially the cream puffs and there is a choice For years now I have been using you and the girls are super nice especially the little one with the drawn eyes sometimes if they don't want to have a smile they have the right the people who criticize we can be a day like them in life is sometimes not easy, especially with customers who should also question themselves. Finally a bakery worthy of the stores next door hasn't yet been there but there are always people. For the Baker I give him 10 out of 10 the croissants they are great I like them well cooked as well as the apple turnovers, I thank all this team and I recommend them, stay as you are we can't please everyone sometimes but you are the first on my list after 2 others on the Loire Thank you for your dedication I wish you happy holidays and a very happy new year Nicole Stpierre de Chandieu
