Excellent cuisine prepared by a young, dynamic chef, but unfortunately let down by the long, inexperienced wait staff (they don't hesitate to offer you a Perrier-based shandy for lack of lemonade...). The setting is very pleasant. I hope we can return in a few months to finally enjoy the dishes under normal service conditions.
