⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely extraordinary 15-day stay, a true haven of happiness! From the moment I arrived, I felt a genuine care for my guests and a rare sense of hospitality. The cuisine deserves special mention: high-quality organic products, varied dishes, prepared with care and tailored to my tastes with great attention to detail. Each meal was a delightful surprise, generous, flavorful, and made with love. The owners are exceptionally generous and kind, always available, attentive, and genuinely human—you feel like a privileged guest. The decor is simply magnificent, designed with great taste, in a peaceful and exceptional setting. As for the cleanliness: impeccable. Everything is perfectly maintained, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Frankly, everything was extraordinary from beginning to end. A precious place that I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will return with immense pleasure. Thank you for these 15 unforgettable days! ✨

A short stop in Parfondeval, one of the most beautiful villages in France, allowed us to discover Le Relais de la Chouette. It's a lovely establishment offering delicious cuisine and generous portions. The menu changes daily, featuring fresh, local produce. The staff is friendly and attentive—nothing to complain about! Don't hesitate to try it; you'll have a great time!

Main course and dessert for under €15. Hard to beat. Chicken and fries with barbecue sauce, panna cotta with red berries. The white pudding with mustard sauce is also very good. Simple but tasty. A great meal without breaking the bank. I recommend it.

New owners!!!! There are still a few minor inaccuracies, a few hesitations, and some missing routines, but once these details are ironed out, after a few services and a little experience, the Relais de la Chouette will be a popular spot. Despite these minor hiccups, we ate very well; the meal lived up to the price and the setting. We had a wonderful time. The staff and owners are very pleasant. The portions are generous, the selection is somewhat limited, but everything is fresh. We recommend that locals or those passing through Parfondeval stop at the Relais de la Chouette. We wish the new owners every success.
