Le Relais de la chouette sur Parfondeval

A warm welcome, excellent food. A place that makes you want to come back. I recommend it 100%.

The food is good, homemade, and the welcome is perfect; however, the service is a bit slow, as it's under new ownership, in one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Great place, simple, hearty, a 3-course homemade menu. A real restaurant in a village worth visiting.

New owners!!!! There are still a few minor inaccuracies, a few hesitations, and some missing routines, but once these details are ironed out, after a few services and a little experience, the Relais de la Chouette will be a popular spot. Despite these minor hiccups, we ate very well; the meal lived up to the price and the setting. We had a wonderful time. The staff and owners are very pleasant. The portions are generous, the selection is somewhat limited, but everything is fresh. We recommend that locals or those passing through Parfondeval stop at the Relais de la Chouette. We wish the new owners every success.
