We received a very warm welcome and the food was excellent, but I must admit we were expecting a decor and atmosphere more in keeping with its name... "Lumberjack's Inn"... we were hoping to find ourselves in a room that would truly transport us. Nevertheless, it's pleasant and very clean. If you're passing through the inn, don't hesitate; the prices are very reasonable and you'll leave feeling full.

We discovered Le Relais on February 17th and received a very warm welcome. Thank you to the young woman in the dining room who was incredibly attentive and professional, with thoughtful touches especially for our daughters during and after dinner. The quality of the products, the cuisine, and the freshness of the food are truly remarkable! We will gladly return. Celine

We went there yesterday for takeout (a very convenient option when you have dogs). We thoroughly enjoyed it; excellent value for money, and plenty of delicious food. Great family time! Hearty and fresh meal very well executed! The chef is at the top 👍 no fuss and that's not what we come looking for in this type of establishment. Quality of products, diversity, top service! Enough to regain strength before the walks to do all around Gérardmer!
