11/09/2024: Top hostel, second time we have come. This time 2 adults and 4 children. We had the chance to eat on the terrace. My dishes are always very generous and despite the crowds we were served on time. Hats off to the staff.

11/09/2024: As you write in an answer, you have become a victim of mass tourism. I was very happy to come here as I had stayed here with friends in a beautiful room a few years ago and had a really good dinner and breakfast. The ambience was great and the location in nature on the terrace in the evening has stuck in my memory. This time I was alone. Nice weather, perhaps one of the few summer weekends before autumn comes, so there is a lot of activity outside on the streets and here too. Unfortunately it was also a Saturday, almost every table on the huge terrace and inside was occupied. I have to say, the service achieves top logistical achievements. Unfortunately it's no longer nice for the guest when the waiters are running! I was greeted by a stressed out waitress, as often noted in the other reviews, without a smile. The food was OK, food all around looked good. Local guests, who certainly come more often, seemed happy and relaxed. Another waitress at least had a short time to kindly answer a question. I won't give up and will come back when there's less going on and hope I can enjoy the idyll out here and the good products again. But this time I was unfortunately disappointed.
