Please note that my review only applies to weekday lunches, as we had dinner on Fridays and Saturdays and lunch on Sundays à la carte, and it's a completely different, delicious cuisine, especially the sweetbreads, which I always order. So I'm only speaking about this lunch. The choice in this set menu is too limited, and some of us had trouble choosing, or even didn't choose anything at all. The menu described it as a gizzard salad, with "gizzard" listed in the singular on the plate, but it wasn't really a salad at all, as it was actually sautéed potatoes with a few poached, not fried, pieces of bacon... and a gizzard cut into quarters. Disappointing; it would have been helpful if the waitress had described the ingredients. The paella was decent, although it lacked color due to the sparse seasoning. The Champagne was very good. In short, this menu is, in my opinion, more suited to customers passing through on business or on a lunch break than to a group of friends out for a good time, and in that sense, we must acknowledge that we are generously fed for a very reasonable price, which is worth remembering. I will come back, but probably in the evening.
It's always a wonderful discovery... Everything was EXCELLENT! Refined, delicious, meticulously prepared, with perfectly paired wines. And the memories... Thank you to the whole team. Hats off!
