A very pleasant stay; the rooms are very well appointed. The night receptionist, Fitor, is very professional and always attentive and ready to help if you need assistance with information.

The hotel doesn't live up to Ibis standards and needs renovation. The location is quite good, and the breakfast is adequate.

Comfortable, spacious, and simple room. Breakfast was very standard, with few local products and no butter as the delivery hadn't arrived. The hotel is close to the tram and a 20-minute walk from the city center.

The hotel's mistake was that when we went down for breakfast, there was no milk or yogurt left. We mentioned it to the employee, and she replied that she was sorry but that they simply didn't have any more. A major oversight, especially considering we went down early.

The welcome was friendly and pleasant, however the noise from the ventilation system prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. I should have asked to change rooms (501).

We were very disappointed with our stay. At the end of our stay, we were told we should have requested a quiet room… how were we supposed to know that? As GOLD guests, we found this remark disrespectful. Of the four nights we spent at the hotel, two were particularly disruptive: once, someone tried to open our door in the middle of the night, and another time, at 4:30 a.m., a woman screamed in the hallway. We immediately notified reception, who assured us they would look into it. However, in the morning, neither the receptionist nor the manager was aware of the incidents. We would nevertheless like to highlight the kindness of the person serving breakfast and the first night porter, both of whom were very professional. This was our third stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, probably our last.

29/04/2026: I was greeted by the lovely young lady Seda. Impeccable service from beginning to end, and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend her and will gladly return.
03/01/2026: We were warmly welcomed. It's worth noting that we hadn't made a reservation for New Year's Eve, but they found us a table quite quickly. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. We were seated at 7:50 pm and received our cocktails at 8:00 pm. Upon receiving our cocktails, we asked for the menu. The waiter informed us that it was a set New Year's Eve menu with an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. This sounded familiar, so we remained unaware of the price, as it wasn't mentioned. We waited from 8:00 pm to 8:50 pm to be served. During this time, people were arriving, being seated, and some were leaving. So, at 8:53 pm, we asked, "When will we be served?" We were told that service begins at 9:00 pm, which was 1 hour and 10 minutes after we were seated. At 9:15 PM, we received the amuse-bouche, and to get the rest of the meal, we had to ask a server, despite our empty plates being clearly visible. Each course took approximately 15-30 minutes. 9:15 PM: amuse-bouche, 9:33 PM: starter, 10:15 PM: main course, and 10:52 PM: dessert. (I have photos, which is why the times are so precise). So, three hours for an incomplete service because some people had left. They weren't short-staffed, as some servers weren't doing anything, while others had time to check their phones during service to answer calls or take snaps. We regret the lack of information upon arrival, especially for a special evening like this. We only heard the price by overhearing a conversation between a server and some customers after the amuse-bouche had begun. Approximately €79 per person, including cocktails. I don't know whether to say that I don't recommend this restaurant or just ask questions before sitting down, especially on a special evening.
