Le Saigon sur Castelsarrasin

The food was decent: good steamed dumplings, spring rolls were good but dry inside, and the pho needs improvement. Their caramel pork was very good, but the meat should have been fattier and the seasoning better. It was more like pork with onions. Service was a bit slow on Saturday night but pleasant. The owner is friendly. The decor is dated.
