Great evening at Tassili: the finesse and lightness of the semolina, the tenderness of the shank in the oven, the vegetables cooked and seasoned to perfection: nothing is missing And especially not the thoughtfulness and kindness of your host I highly recommend!

Very warm welcome, really friendly but the couscous needs to be reviewed. Acidic and tasteless broth and the semolina smells like rancid butter. Really a shame to change your recipe a little because I like coming to your place. You are so nice
