Very well received by the new owners. I wish them success. I remember the former owners (Michel) a bodybuilder who did bodybuilding on the terrace in the 90s. I would have loved to get back in touch with him but in my opinion he no longer remembers me lol I remember his son David who had a motocross and Fabien the son of Aline his partner at the time

27/11/2024: For the first time since the change of ownership, nothing to complain about in terms of quality and price, for a Saturday evening, there is much more choice than before. Frankly for a more reasonable price, not disappointed (no offense to the critics) Afterwards obviously if you want quality cuisine the price will not be the same and enough restaurants in Château Thierry will offer you what you are looking for 😁
26/11/2024: I have been there 3 times since it changed ownership, and this time I am not disappointed, I highly recommend it.

Hotel Ibis Restaurant

28/03/2024: The hotel, hallway, and rooms smelled of charcoal smoke assuming from the wood burning fire place in the lobby. It was not pleasing to someone who is sensitive to smoke. The AC unit did not work in the room and the front door took forever to close, it seemed the tension needs to be adjusted. The breakfast is the same everyday with no alternate options. The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was great and attentive. The hotel is dated but clean. The Bar has the bare minimum and selections are limited.
28/03/2024: The air conditioning in the room is loud, if you are sensitive to noise you should have ear plugs with you.
