16/05/2026: A Caesar salad with half a sliced ​​radish, a slice of beetroot, a piece of grated carrot, and half an egg touted as organic—that's still a bitter pill to swallow at €20. There were only lettuce leaves, some of them wilted. Very disappointing.
12/05/2026: Passing through for a family holiday, Le Vauban offered us a quality bistro-style meal. Thank you to the staff!
