Beautiful modernist museum with architectural references to Le Corbusier. Solid and well-presented collection of French contemporary art after 1950. The temporary exhibition by Smith was magnificent. A top-notch experience just outside Paris!

It took me a while to discover the MAC VAL, as getting there by public transport from my home was quite complicated at the time. I seized the opportunity of the museum's 20th anniversary to finally explore this cultural gem in the Val-de-Marne. More accustomed to Parisian museums, I was pleasantly surprised by the MAC VAL: the exhibitions are rich and the diversity of the works on display is remarkable.

Museum worth visiting. There are always several high-quality and varied exhibitions. The surrounding park is pleasant.
