Le Végétarien sur Villefranche-De-Conflent

Whilst staying in Villefranche de Conflent for a couple of days we ate here twice - once for lunch and once in the evening. The food was fresh and tasty and I loved the fact that as non-meat eaters we could eat without finding lardons etc. in "vegetarian" food added "for flavour". Having sat in the square twice the restaurant and owner seem to also form a bit of an informal community hub for the town with neighbors popping by for a chat and a concerned discussion about a semi feral kitten that they were feeding. We loved it here and recommend it to anyone wanting nice vegetarian food. Thank you
