A huge THANK YOU to Karim, without a doubt the best waiter I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Very friendly, playfully teasing, always smiling and attentive, he created a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the meal. We laughed a lot thanks to his humor and infectious good cheer. His professionalism is exemplary: attentive to customers, responsive, and always ready to make the experience even more enjoyable. Frankly, Karim is the cherry on top! 😄 I sincerely hope management sees this review, because an employee like Karim deserves to be recognized. His good humor, his sense of service, and his interaction with customers make all the difference and greatly contribute to the establishment's excellent reputation. I would also like to emphasize that the food was excellent: flavorful, generous, and perfectly prepared dishes. Between the quality of the food and Karim's exceptional service, we had a truly memorable evening. I highly recommend this restaurant. Every establishment should have a waiter like Karim! Excellent and very generous portions, fast and friendly service

Charming setting. Very good food. Appalling telephone reception: I wanted to book for 8:30 pm and was told that 7:30 pm was better for them. I insisted they understand that 8 pm was the latest. We arrived at 8:30 pm and there was space. On a previous visit, they tried to force us to take a table we didn't want. In short, excellent food but a rather average customer experience. Reasonable prices.

We received a warm welcome and the couscous was very generous and excellent 👌 The walnut and mint ice cream was delicious 😋 We'll definitely be back! Thank you

The chicken is cooked incredibly well, as is its kebab version. The servers' cheerful disposition is truly heartwarming!

Good Moroccan restaurant. The food is really good, definitely worth the trip. However, the service was a bit disorganized: despite having a reservation, we had to wait and there was no table available when we arrived. It's also a shame that the customer service wasn't up to par. There were four of us, with drinks, appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and a small gesture of apology (like tea or some oriental pastries) would have been appreciated, even if we probably wouldn't have accepted it due to lack of space.

Just like in Morocco 🇲🇦 The Les Arcades restaurant in Chatou is simply excellent. The dishes are flavorful and authentic, and you can immediately taste the exceptional quality of the ingredients—fresh and perfectly prepared. Special mention goes to the service, which is attentive, professional, and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. You feel welcomed like you're at home, with a smile and attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for truly authentic Moroccan cuisine—generous and refined. I will definitely be back!
