What a wonderful discovery this intimate restaurant is, just like home! The pizzas are excellent and generous, and the desserts are delicious. A 100% gluten-free menu: a celiac dessert paradise!! The owner is very friendly and dedicated to serving AFDIAG-certified Regency cuisine without compromising on quality or taste. Thank you, Madam, for everything. I'll be back very soon during my next visit to Nîmes.

Finding authentic Provençal cuisine, along with this delightful array of homemade, gluten-free pizzas, is a rare find. In a family-friendly setting, it makes all the difference, allowing you to enjoy a truly relaxing meal. And don't forget their gluten-free beers! Comforting, I highly recommend it.

After a very busy morning, I stumbled upon this restaurant based on its reviews. It was such a pleasure to find a place where I don't have to worry about gluten in the food and can choose items freely. I ordered the 'menu du jour'—starter, main course, and dessert. The food had wonderful taste combinations and was incredibly fresh. One of the best restaurants in i have been too.

Les Bartavelles in Nîmes is an absolute delight! I visited this charming little gluten-free restaurant in August 2026 and was delighted with my meal there. I ordered the Romana pizza, and I have to admit, it was the best pizza I've ever had anywhere – the dough and ingredients were perfect! For dessert, I opted for a bowl of vanilla ice cream with chestnut cream and whipped cream, which proved to be the perfect ending to the meal. Everything was freshly prepared and simply delicious. Another highlight of this place is the service. The women working there have a great sense of humor, are incredibly friendly, and create a great atmosphere. If you're looking for safe, gluten-free food of the highest quality, this place in Nîmes is a must-try. I highly recommend it!

Currently hospitalized for three weeks, I needed to get out with my family and eat somewhere I knew I'd feel comfortable with my celiac disease. The pizzas were absolutely delicious, the profiterole was decadent and tasty, the ice cream too—everything was made with love and so indulgent, so delicious. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience; we hadn't been able to eat such good, well-prepared food in a restaurant for a very long time. 10/10, 20/20, pleasant service with a kind and funny lady, high-quality food and cooking. I will be back.

While in Nîmes, we discovered this place thanks to the Glutenlibre website… and what a wonderful find! The restaurant doesn't necessarily look like much from the outside, but as soon as you step inside, you're given a wonderfully warm welcome and pampered. You simply feel right at home. ❤️ The chef and her friend are lovely, and the food is absolutely delicious! This place is 100% gluten-free: everything here is gluten-free, with a truly impressive selection on the menu. What a joy to be able to eat with peace of mind and enjoy a delicious meal! Thank you again for such a warm welcome. We won't hesitate to come back on our next trip to Nîmes!

A lovely hidden gem. I am a vegetarian and a coeliac and eating out is really hard in France - so I felt so lucky to find this place. Everything in it is 100% gluten free! The food was delicious, fresh and so tasty. The pizza crust was even better than a normal one, really full of flavour and with a good texture, and the roasted veggies were caramelized to perfection. You could tell it was made with lots of love. The owner is the person who serves you and also cooks and she does it with a mix of amusement and kindness. Since she is making everything to order it takes a little bit but it’s so worth it. A true boss lady! Also, in a time where all restaurants look the same I appreciated that this place felt and looked just like being home. Merci pour ce délicieux repas. 💚
