I stopped by this bakery to get a sandwich, and frankly, I was amazed by their technique! The ingredients are placed on tabs, and you choose your bread at the last minute👍 the sandwich remains ultra fresh, the bread is very crispy, and you have exactly what you want. Honestly, it’s a great idea! The taste is great, and you feel that everything is prepared with care. It's rare to find a bakery with so much quality and attention to detail. A big congratulations!
