An inspiring place for those who love authenticity. Direct producer oysters to enjoy in an enchanting setting, without fuss. In the heart of the marsh. The prices are fair. I recommend.

Very friendly place, lost in the middle of the marshes. Accessible by car via the Golf des Portes, or on foot via the Lilleau des Niges reserve. Ideal for an aperitif. Toys for children would be welcome😉

Les Huîtres de Trousse Chemise is another farm where you can eat the freshest oysters and enjoy the scenery. The farm is surrounded by vineyards and has a great view of the ocean. It's a really peaceful and relaxing place to be. The oysters are amazing. They're fresh, juicy, and taste really good. If you're looking for a special place to eat on Île de Ré, Les Huîtres de Trousse Chemise is the right choice .

The best on the island if you don't want great luxuries but do want to enjoy an authentic and native place. Good service and oysters and more delicious things!!!

Tasting oysters, pâté, and delicious shrimp in front of the sunset, with a nice little wine, we were delighted with this great time spent. The format with take-out trays, containing everything (and even finger wipes) is great! Small downside for the waiting time (almost 1 hour) to order.

C'est le type d'endroit que nous adorons. Au bout du monde et sans chichi. Les huîtres sont délicieuses. L'accueil est charmant.

23/09/2024: The welcome and service were very pleasant: attentive but without being intrusive. A special mention for the chef, Margaux Aguettant, who produces sophisticated cuisine, reinventing classic dishes by adding her own touch. In particular, I rediscovered snails with a new recipe. A real treat. We had already come in August, were very satisfied and this second experience only confirmed our first impression: we once again have a quality gastronomic restaurant in Les Portes.
13/09/2024: Refined cuisine and impeccable service. Small terrace on the square is perfect!

21/08/2024: We only ate crepes there, but they were very tasty. The two ladies who served were very friendly and nice.
19/08/2024: All dishes can be recommended here and at a fair price. Everything for take away only.
