Les Nems De Papi sur Rochefort

Despite a bit of a wait, the meal was very good! Special mention to the spring rolls, which were incredible! I recommend it.

Living in the area, I'd heard about Papi's Nems (spring rolls) but had never tried them. While passing by the Quai aux Vivres (food market), I saw they'd set up shop there (for the summer?) and decided to have dinner. I tried the pad thai, which was good, and had a mango salad for dessert. I was very disappointed by the portion sizes, considering the price, both for the pad thai and the frozen mango pieces. A shame, but I'm not sure I'll go back...

The restaurant lives up to its name, as the spring rolls are truly delicious.

A wonderful discovery on Saturday! 🌟 This Laotian restaurant is a real gem. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, it's a true culinary journey. The dishes are flavorful, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. The fresh herbs, the spices, the sauces… everything is expertly prepared. Special mention goes to the traditional specialties, full of character and finesse. You can tell that everything is prepared with passion and quality ingredients. The service is attentive, quick, and offers excellent advice for discovering typical dishes, especially if you're not yet familiar with Laotian cuisine. In short, a superb culinary experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. I can't wait to go back and continue exploring the menu! 🇱🇦✨

A small, unassuming restaurant, but very warm and welcoming. You feel right at home, and the food is incredibly delicious and very generous. We had a lovely time. A very pleasant surprise.
