L'Escale - Rochefort sur Rochefort

I was already familiar with the Inn Design hotel in Rochefort. I wasn't disappointed. The rooms are comfortable, and all the essentials are there. The value for money is excellent. The location is very accessible from the main roads. The option to dine on-site is a plus, although I didn't try the restaurant. The welcome was very warm. The staff is very attentive to guests. I highly recommend this establishment.

I'm leaving a glowing review of the restaurant's exceptional quality. The chef is incredibly talented. The dishes are refined, the flavor combinations subtle, and the service impeccable. I was blown away... stop by for dinner; the menu is truly worthy of a top chef. Not to mention the extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel, which is indeed very peaceful. Complete silence is so rare these days... in short, I recommend it without hesitation.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are quite decent, and the bedding is comfortable. The highlight was the warm welcome from the lady who greeted us. She was there both in the evening and the following morning. I work in the hotel industry, and I've never seen such attentive service in a hotel of this caliber. Wow! Thank you to this lady who touched us with her kindness and smile. A real plus. The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of options. More than adequate for this type of hotel.
