We stayed at the Le Grand Large hotel for a week and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by extremely professional and attentive staff. Each member of the team showed rare kindness and attention to detail which made our stay exceptional. The customer service is simply impeccable: to each request, we received a quick and warm response, always with a smile. They were able to anticipate our needs and made us feel at home. Thanks to their many little touches, our week was transformed into a real moment of happiness and relaxation. We leave with wonderful memories and a definite desire to come back. A big thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable stay!
