Perfectly cooked sea bass fillet with crispy skin and a perfectly balanced sauce. Seasoned scallops that melted in your mouth, accompanied by excellent accompaniments. Light and well-balanced nougat glacé, a delightful end to the meal. Clear and straightforward cuisine, respectful use of ingredients, and precise seasoning. Outstanding value for money. A restaurant I highly recommend.
