After several experiences at this restaurant, I'm writing a slightly more impartial review. We've had delivery orders a few times, and the food has always been excellent. We particularly loved the Hanoi bun cha, which is exceptional, as well as the spring rolls, which are truly delicious. I tried the fondue while I was there; be careful, though, to reserve at least the day before so that the ingredients are fresh. The seafood and fish were indeed very good, as was the quality of the chicken and meat. The broth is lemongrass-based and quite spicy. The spring roll bun is very good and well-garnished. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are homemade. The service is very good; the waitress came by several times to check if everything was okay. I recommend this restaurant for solo travelers, couples, or families.

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine with welcoming staff

We ordered a Pasteur pho delivery last night. It was the best pho we've tasted so far. The broth was exquisite, full of flavor, with lots of meat and quality ingredients. We really enjoyed it, thank you very much.

I came with my little boy and the welcome was very careful to settle my son in so that I could feed him peacefully. Excellent soup and spring rolls! #kidriendly

Dinner for two. Very good food. Friendly and smiling waitress. Generous dishes. I recommend it and I'll keep this address for my next visit :)
