But... the reason for my comment today is a remark I made to the young saleswoman, who was offended because I asked her to please use a pair of tongs (which were right next to her) instead of grabbing my pastry with her bare hands! It's simply disgusting! Madam, it's a basic rule of hygiene, one that seems to be disappearing in bakeries! Moreover, in this heatwave, you should make it a golden rule because the heat makes hands sweat. The irony is that my friends and I have always come to your bakery, PRECISELY because using tongs was a common-sense rule! (Until now...) It's my legitimate right to point this out to you, and it's up to YOU ​​to reconsider your approach to this... You, who prefer not even to say "goodbye" to the customer, because you're so offended. (SBRAM!!!) We choose our bakeries based on this. We won't be coming back. (A former shopkeeper, resident of the area)
