We went to this restaurant because it was recommended by the Landes Émotions organization service. Overall it was OK but we were disappointed by several things: the fries were not homemade as indicated, and my companion had oyster mushrooms instead of porcini mushrooms.

Soustons Sud Landes: O Basque Bar! Great address. Right in the center of Soustons. Coffee, daily specials, tapas in the evening! Very friendly and delicious. Broadcasts of sporting events on several screens. Festive events: concerts, theme evenings, etc.! THANKS.

26/09/2024: As a chef, I am always looking for dishes that combine finesse and authenticity, and I must say that your sea bass fillet in crayfish sauce accompanied by butternut puree is a real success. The sea bass is perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, while the crayfish sauce brings a delicately flavored maritime depth, without ever overwhelming the taste of the fish. The velvety softness of the butternut puree balances everything with a subtle sweet note that enhances each bite. An elegant and masterful dish, which demonstrates great know-how. All this accompanied by a smiling service, a pleasure. Well done !

13/09/2024: Place where you immediately feel good Like at home. The dishes are excellent and generous. The owners are very welcoming and friendly like their little dog.
