The risotto was not exceptional unfortunately. But the seafood was great though. And the fact that it is a Marseille institution managed by a family was a real positive point.

I have known Calambo for years, I am 67 years old and my father was already a customer buying the shellfish. .. Yesterday noon we went to lunch. We enjoyed fried mange tout, squid, razor clams, roast octopus... Impeccable service and servers with added humor I recommend!!!..

11/03/2026: Great time at this little restaurant by the old port! The food was very good and the staff were fantastic!
23/02/2026: We had lunch on the terrace at this restaurant on Friday and Saturday. Located in Marseille's Old Port, it boasts a lovely sunny terrace facing Notre-Dame de la Garde (the "Bonne Mère"). We enjoyed a Fish Burger, a Chicken Burger (on a brioche bun), and cuttlefish with parsley and garlic. A big thank you to Julien for his warm welcome, kindness, and enthusiasm. An excellent restaurant in Marseille.
