Mas de Fauchon sur Saint-Cannat

Very pleasant stay spent in this relaxing place. Very friendly management and staff, impeccable service, very pleasant swimming pool and excellent catering. Really, recommended.

It was perfect. Came as part of a Smartbox, we extended it for one night after discovering this area. The setting is beautiful, the different houses/outbuildings on the estate have a lot of charm and the service is excellent. Special mentions to the staff with whom we were in contact. You helped make this experience warm, thank you ❤️ We are vegetarians and the dishes prepared were simply excellent. A treat.

Beautiful estate, large swimming pool, nature is well present

Excellent evening and night spent at Mas de Fauchon! The setting is exceptional, the whole hotel is very “cocoon”. The room (Amandier for us) was very pleasant, perfectly decorated, magical… We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, where we had an excellent evening! The meal was fabulous, the whole team was very kind… In short, magnificent! 🤩 Thank you again for this very beautiful evening.

This was a superb lunch in the restaurant attached to the hotel. We ate inside as 36C but several tables are outside under the shade of a beautiful tree that they have trained across the terrace. The menu was simple but there was a choice of each course - my husband and I had different choices at each course so we ate the whole menu. Portions were not extravagant but more than ample and exquisitely presented, worthy of a Michelin mention. Everything was delicious, the staff put up with my very bad French and even spoke in English to help me (even when making the reservation). We are going to return next week with our family on the final week of our holiday. Glasses of local wine not cheap (€8 or 10 in an area where you can buy a local bottle for as little as €4 if you want to) but carefully selected. I tipped €20 on a bill of €98 for two and the service was worth every euro. Lots of parking- in the height of August.

It is at the restaurant that we have our dinners as a couple or as a family to celebrate special moments. The setting is magnificent, the cuisine is excellent and the choice of drinks is very appropriate. The service is impeccable.

I haven't tried the hotel but I heartily recommend the restaurant. Exquisite cuisine for a reasonable price, top service, very beautiful place. A rare place in the area. Do not miss !

Gorgeous location. Rooms are very pleasant and clean, the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is very good and dinner is really amazing. Pool is great, grounds are well maintained and gorgeous views. Hope to visit again.

Quiet, welcoming place, beautiful room, pleasant table to recommend

Zeer rustige ligging , mooi terras en smaakvol interieur. 3 gangen menu aan 52 euro. mooie borden en kwalitatieve verzorgde gerechten . Apero zeer duur ( glas champagne 18€) Redelijk koele en afstandelijke bediening.
