Mas de Fauchon sur Saint-Cannat

A peaceful retreat in the heart of Provence We spent two wonderful days at the Mas de Fauchon and were charmed by the authentic appeal of this beautifully restored old Provençal sheepfold. Tucked away beneath a superb pine forest, the property offers a peaceful and relaxing setting. In the midst of a heatwave, we particularly appreciated the natural coolness provided by the pines, which allowed us to make the most of the outdoor spaces throughout the day. The peace and quiet of the surroundings greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, combining Provençal character with modern amenities. We also enjoyed the lovely swimming pool, which blends perfectly into this unspoilt natural setting. The restaurant deserves a special mention for the excellent quality of its cuisine and service. The welcome was particularly warm and attentive, helping to make our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the value for money is outstanding given the facilities on offer. A charming place that we would recommend without hesitation for discovering Provence in an authentic, peaceful and refreshing setting.

We were looking for a venue for a welcome dinner for the guests at my daughter's wedding on the night before the ceremony. We were recommended Mas de Fauchon, which lived up to all of our expectations. Several of the wedding guests stayed at the hotel, all of whom commented on the beautiful location, comfort of the rooms, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. The meal was delicious and from the moment I booked it, they could not have been more helpful. I'd happily go back and stay there myself.

Everything is exceptional!! From the food to the comfort, the cleanliness, and the kindness, nothing is lacking. The staff and management are attentive to their guests' needs. A huge thank you to everyone for this warm welcome. 🙏

A wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing stay in an exceptional location. All the staff were welcoming, warm, and professional. The rooms were charming and romantic, and the place was spotless and comfortable. At the restaurant, the chef and his team create seasonal dishes that are not only beautiful but also absolutely delicious 😋, and the musical evening was superb. A cloud of happiness. Thank you.

A true Provençal postcard, where simplicity and good taste blend seamlessly, along with the art of living and entertaining. The place is as delightful as the people, who are all naturally attentive and warm. A place to visit again and again.
