4 stars for the welcome and 5 stars for the kindness and speed.

Only 4 out of 6 working kiosks, which is great for a Friday night when it's packed 🫣
Ordered a Chicago meal, got home and found a McChicken
As for the staff, they seem completely overwhelmed
Anyway!
No more newspapers available! In short! Pontorson McDonald's in all its glory 🤬

We just picked up an order and the very kind person gave us a book for the wait, which wasn't long for us. Thank you to him! 👏👍 A small gesture that makes a difference (evening of 3/09)

Hello, when will you offer a free Sunday for a review left on the web, like your competitors, who are clearly more commercially minded than you?

Food was good, playground unfortunately closed, toilets, as so often in France, a disaster.

A translucent sundae, not white, so it was more watery, but still €3.60. The cup was only half full, and when we pointed it out to the waitress, the response was: "The owner made it, so I can't say anything" and "I've already been told." Furthermore, just so you know, if you order at the table, it's impossible to get a receipt to use as an expense report. Or, if you mention it, they can send it to you, but they don't. Not great...

A McDonald's is a McDonald's... There are no differences between branches when it comes to food and drinks. Nevertheless, I think it's commendable that this McDonald's provided *all* reusable plastic dishes instead of disposable cardboard! It was the first time I'd experienced that, and this example should definitely be followed everywhere!
