the staff were amazing. the food was very fresh, the burgers were juicy and the chips were crispy easily the best mcdonalds i’ve ever been at.

I ate at this McDonald's today with my family, and let me tell you, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the responsiveness of the staff, and the food: hot and tasty fries, a perfect Big Mac, and well-diluted drinks (Oasis drinks are very sweet elsewhere). The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, which was really nice. The manager, standing in the distance, was clearly keeping his team on their toes. Well done to the whole team!

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I waited a really long time for my order, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. On top of that, the sauces I ordered were forgotten, which is quite frustrating when they're part of the order.
The packaging wasn't very neat: the products were poorly presented, giving an impression of carelessness. It's a shame, because these are the little details that make all the difference.
I hope these points will be improved in the future, especially the wait time, checking orders before handing them to customers, and the care taken in preparing the food. This time, unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations.

I wanted to give a 5-star review because we enjoyed a spotless and well-maintained restaurant with impeccable service. We especially appreciated the care taken with our sandwiches. A special mention goes to the gentleman wearing a Mario t-shirt that evening, who was incredibly attentive to his customers.

Despite the bad reviews, I decided to go to McDonald's with my boyfriend.
I placed my order this evening, and everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, especially the manager I saw tonight.
The order was accurate, and the portions were more than reasonable (except for the ice cream :,) but that's not a big deal!). A friendly team and a good meal and dessert 🍔🍦
