Ordered online and picked up at the drive-thru. First, the wait was incredibly long for a drive-thru. Second, we were missing four drinks and a Happy Meal dessert. When we complained, the manager didn't understand, and we had to go back with the bags. Not even an apology, nothing! It's shameful, especially coming from a manager. Furthermore, our food was cold. Judging by the comments, maybe it's time to consider replacing the incompetent staff and stop making excuses for them online!
