Very disappointed... that the product I ordered and paid for wasn't available, no big deal, they asked me what I wanted instead, no problem. But they didn't offer to refund the difference even though the replacement product was cheaper! No, I had to ask for a refund, and the employee then explained that it bothered him and that customers generally don't ask for one!? All this only for me to realize later, once I got home, that the three macarons at €1.60 each were missing!

It's been a long time since we've had such great service! Quick and efficient order, no shortages, pleasant staff. The sandwich didn't fall apart. Crispy and perfectly salted fries. No shortage of napkins or sauces either. The ice cream was topped just like the first time, with plenty of sauce! Thank you to the staff on May 3, 2026
