McDonald's sur Lieusaint

Frequent visits in the morning for a “little coffee” Smiling and efficient staff, particularly concerning CAROLANE.

A big fan of McDonald's for years, I am more and more disappointed. Prices have become ridiculous for increasingly reduced products. During my visit to the Lieusaint restaurant I had a Golden menu consisting of a Big Mac, a large fries, a Coke zero and a Cheeseburger. Waiting time once the order is validated at the terminal 15min...far from the 4min service time other times. Anyway, let's skip this detail which, even if it's annoying to wait so long, wasn't the problem. The problem was that the products were cold. I would like to point out that we weren't in Rush, so there weren't a lot of people. I taste the fries, cold, towards the counter they change them for me, but again half cold half hot so moderately satisfied. I taste the cold Big Mac... well, I'll have to eat like that because if I had to wait for another Big Mac, it's my wife's that would have gotten cold. Usually I don't say anything but now it's becoming a habit and you're tired of it... We paid €23 and dust for an order that arrived way too late, cold, and less and less generous portions. I'm not even talking about the sauces, 1 sauce per large fries, only 1 napkin per Menu. I'm all about being green and whatever but I dare you to eat an entire menu with just 1 napkin. In short, very disappointed and I love this brand but it's getting worse and worse and the competitors are taking advantage of it. Too bad you lose historical customers over trifles.
