I usually come to this restaurant because of their speed and friendliness. However, there's one important thing the staff need to improve: hand hygiene. A girl came back from the counter—I don't know if she'd gone to smoke or something—and went straight to making fries without washing her hands. The same thing happened with the server; he went into the kitchen to prepare something but didn't wash his hands. Please be aware that hand-borne contamination is one of the primary causes of viral transmission. Sincerely (from a nurse)

I've never been disappointed before, except for this last order where we found a hair in one of the ice creams, the sodas tasted like water instead of soda, and also a 280 Eggs without an egg (you'd think the hens had stopped laying). I hope there won't be any more problems like this next time.

During our previous order, the sandwiches were swimming in sauce, it was dripping everywhere, and the Fanta was undrinkable and expired. Today, the new fries were terrible; you'd think they were potato wedges. I filed a complaint about my previous order and still haven't received a response. We pay for a service, so I think the quality of service needs to be improved.

Everything went very smoothly, from the reservation to the end of the meal, including the quality of the food and the service. We received a very warm welcome. The food was very good, and the staff was attentive and checked on us from time to time to ask if everything was okay. We even received a birthday cake with a little something for our mother's plate! It was fantastic! We sincerely thank Sophie's restaurant for this quality time we were able to spend as a family thanks to them.
