I just got back from McDonald's after ordering Click & Collect from my drive-thru. While there's usually nothing missing from my order, this time a box of 9 Chicken McNuggets was missing, which is still €7.80 paid for a product I never received.
I understand that mistakes can happen, especially in fast food. I don't blame the staff at all, because no one is immune to oversights. However, I find it a shame that there isn't a simpler procedure for getting a refund, a credit note, or some kind of compensation when this happens, especially when the missing item costs almost €8.
I usually always check my order before leaving. But this time, I thought, as usual, everything would be there. Well, no. Lesson learned: from now on, I'll always check my order before leaving.

When we ordered a Happy Meal at McDonald's, my son wanted a toy of a different size. Although the staff couldn't find the specific model, they were very patient and friendly, constantly helping us search and communicate. We celebrated our daughter's birthday at McDonald's and everything went very well. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and well-organized. The children had a great time, the entertainment was a success, and everything was ready when we arrived. Thank you to the whole team for helping make this a wonderful memory for our daughter. We happily recommend this birthday package!
