I stopped by for a small iced tea and an ice cream. The machine's loyalty system wasn't working, but they went out of their way to find a solution so I could be served. My dog even got a glass of water to help with the heat. Thank you so much for the warm welcome.

A great time was had by the TwirlDance Guichainville team at this McDonald's. We received a very warm welcome on the phone, and the staff were friendly and responsive when we told them we were a group of 30 coming from a competition; tables were reserved for us. The service was quick, and we all ate together.
Many thanks to the entire McDonald's team for your hospitality and efficiency.

I usually come to this restaurant because of their speed and friendliness. However, there's one important thing the staff need to improve: hand hygiene. A girl came back from the counter—I don't know if she'd gone to smoke or something—and went straight to making fries without washing her hands. The same thing happened with the server; he went into the kitchen to prepare something but didn't wash his hands. Please be aware that hand-borne contamination is one of the primary causes of viral transmission. Sincerely (from a nurse)

I've never been disappointed before, except for this last order where we found a hair in one of the ice creams, the sodas tasted like water instead of soda, and also a 280 Eggs without an egg (you'd think the hens had stopped laying). I hope there won't be any more problems like this next time.
