McDonald's sur Choisy-Le-Roi

After several visits to this McDonald's, orders take a very long time to arrive, they forget the free gift for the €16 special meals as well as for the children's meals, there are no napkins, etc...

My wife, children, and I ate at this restaurant on Monday, and I felt I had to leave a review to share the incredible experience we had. The restaurant was spotless, and we were able to seat our children in a clean environment, unlike some competitors. Our meals were complete, piping hot, and there was absolutely no wait. The staff were friendly and welcoming, a welcome change from other fast-food restaurants. All of this is clearly thanks to the excellent management of Ms. Selina, who leads her team with a firm hand, always smiling at customers. She reassured us about our children's allergies and even came to check on us afterward to make sure everything was as we had hoped. We 100% recommend this restaurant! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Bravo!

One of the best service providers I've ever encountered 👌✨ Sélina is truly professional and pleasant. There's a wait when it's crowded.

I imagine the language barrier was significant. I understand we were in France, but even communicating in English was difficult, so the surroundings were a bit dirty in the outskirts, and the service left much to be desired. I wouldn't repeat the experience.

Classic McDonald's! Just a nice little play area for kids. However, I find it's getting more and more expensive. I prefer Burger King.

Terrible, noisy, no table service, and an inordinate wait. Not happy. Plus, prices have gone up. I won't be going back.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Choisy-le-Roi and, overall, the experience was quite positive. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were pleasant and professional, making the visit even more enjoyable, especially during peak hours. One particularly noteworthy point is the cleanliness of the premises, especially the restrooms. They were well-maintained during my visit, which is always an important factor in this type of establishment and reflects good overall management. As for the children's area, it's interesting but has some limitations. It's not a typical playground: for example, there's no slide, which might be a little disappointing for children expecting a more playful space. In reality, this area is designed more as an extension of the dining area, integrated with the seating, rather than a truly independent playground. That said, the atmosphere remains pleasant. The children present were sociable and interacted easily with each other, creating a friendly atmosphere that still allowed even the youngest children to have fun. In short, it's a well-run establishment with good service and commendable cleanliness. The children's area could be improved to offer a more comprehensive experience, but it remains functional and pleasant.

I ordered it but had to wait too long; nevertheless, I'm satisfied with the result. The two missing stars are for the long wait.
