I wanted to leave a review because it's such a pleasure to encounter such kind people. A big thank you to Noémie at McDonald's! She's always smiling, pleasant, and very welcoming. Even when it's busy, she takes the time to be polite and serve with a cheerful disposition. It really makes a difference to the experience and makes you want to come back. Honestly, I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this deserves to be said. I recently went to McDonald's and was served by Noémi, and honestly, it makes all the difference when you encounter someone like her.
Right from the start, she was incredibly friendly, which is far from always the case in fast-food restaurants, especially when it's busy. You can tell she's not just there to "do her job," but that she genuinely cares about the customers. She takes the time to listen, she's patient, and above all, she remains pleasant even under pressure.
