I've been to this restaurant many times and I'm never disappointed; I often eat there. The food is very good and it's quiet. The service is good; we're served in 10 minutes. Honestly, I recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I went to get McDonald's. It was quick, good, and tasty. I hope it stays that way all the time.

We placed our order at 10:18 PM at the kiosks and waited 15 minutes for takeout. Our order was the only one being prepared. In the kitchen, they seemed to be taking their time. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager when he served us and asked for compensation for the wait (something extra). He refused, justifying the wait by saying they also had a drive-thru and that they didn't have enough staff. Frankly, this is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant; it's all in the name. On a completely unrelated note, seeing a crew member who had finished her shift pack her food and leave while looking at us is even more infuriating when you've been waiting for your order for 15 minutes. ================= Update April 1, 2026: My Fanta tasted really weird... It was bland. Also, it seems there are a lot of restrictions now on using points. Too bad.
