McDonald's sur Port-De-Bouc

The welcome is very often warm, at times the wait for orders is quite long but bearable, a place I recommend.

I think the click and collect system is poorly designed because we're forced to queue in the drive-through line to pick up our order, when we're supposed to save time by ordering in advance and avoid a long wait. Also, all the sauces were missing from my order, but otherwise it was good and the kids loved it.

It's true that it's a fast-food restaurant, but I went to the McDonald's at 7 Collines on a special occasion before a family outing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the manager's welcome. He was very friendly and answered all my questions about ordering. I found him both responsive and smiling, which is rare! It's very rare to see fast-food staff who can smile and serve at the same time! Let's be honest! They usually all seem overwhelmed! Our order, placed on-site, was complete, and we were served very quickly, both for our meals and desserts. If you're going to McDonald's, I recommend the one at 7 Collines!

Eating basic fast food, no air conditioning in the middle of summer, are we deprived of a refreshing break?

I waited 20 minutes for my order, it's 4 PM, McDonald's is almost empty, I found that long

Every time I order I've never had a problem, the fries are always served hot, the order is complete, I recommend this McDonald's.

Aside from the man at the entrance who yelled at us at 11:30 PM that "it was closed and we had to go to the drive-thru" when we didn't know that, it was fine. I must say, though, that being a particularly sensitive person, I didn't expect that when the lady offered me the Sunday included in the McDonald's meal deal, I would end up with an ice cream the size of a dwarf's thumb. It's thanks to you that I realized it was indeed possible to cry over an ice cream, especially over its size (which just goes to show how much size affects our emotions). I must also say that the welcome was good and there was nothing to complain about regarding the service (apart from this minor inconvenience which caused significant emotional damage to me and greatly impacted my evening as a sensitive little person).

Very satisfactory, the kitchen was clean, the dining room was clean, and the staff was very fast.
