We ordered and ate there. Our two children's toys were missing, as were our daughters' desserts (drinkable yogurt) and all the sauces. We had to go back twice to try and get a complete order, which we never received because we simply gave up after the second attempt and had to beg for what we had already paid for. It's truly deplorable.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the kitchen respected our custom orders and our food was hot. The service was good; two of the staff members greeted us with a smile. We arrived on Friday, February 13th at 12:45 PM. But it got off to a very bad start; it was IMPOSSIBLE to log in at any of the kiosks. The loyalty program is already stingy, but if you can't even use it... The women's restrooms are dirty; you have to walk through water, and the sink contains a large wad of soggy toilet paper. The men's restrooms smell bad. The dining area is only moderately clean; the staff walks past the litter on the floor (from disgusting customers) but doesn't pick it up.

07/03/2026: Good overall. Nice karaoke night.
15/02/2026: Not sensational, like all those Chinese buffets; they're all the same, the food is identical everywhere, the meat is ordered by the dozens of kilos in frozen bags, the chicken is halal—nothing's proven, it's easy to just add it to the label, and the Ukrainian chicken arrived in frozen strips. Anyway, that was the last time for us; we didn't feel well when we got home, with heavy stomachs.

23/02/2026: Don't do what I did, don't try to book or eat at the Garden Ice in Montauban, it has been closed since early 2026.
14/12/2025: We received a wonderful welcome. The food was very good and excellent value for money.
