McDonald's sur Saint-Romain-En-Viennois

We had a wonderful time at this McDonald's with our family! There were many of us, including friends, our children, and their kids, and the welcome was truly warm. Despite the number of people, the service was quick, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special mention goes to the little touches that made my daughters' birthday even more special: candles on their donuts, and even a book given to each of them by the manager. 📚🎂 They were thrilled! Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and hospitality. It's these little touches that really make a difference. We'll definitely be back!

I've been to this McDonald's very often over the past four years, so my opinion will be general. I sometimes feel the staff is understaffed. The wait can be disappointing... especially on Sunday evenings and some weeknights. I try to avoid those days if I can now. Lunchtime, on the other hand, is super fast. I no longer use the drive-thru; I prefer to eat in. The restaurant is very clean and well air-conditioned, almost too well. When they can do something, they do. Hugo is very pleasant and attentive. The rest of the team responds with a smile. They've made great progress over time. The few times I've had a complaint, whether at the counter or on the phone, they've taken the time to explain things to me. I do miss the manager with the big glasses for that. The prices are a bit high, even for a McDonald's, but that hasn't stopped me from coming back. Sometimes the glasses are a little dirty, with some residue that wasn't properly cleaned. Once, I was told the machine was broken. But several times now, it's becoming worrying... These are isolated incidents, and they don't hesitate to replace the drink. Considering the rest of the restaurant, I don't hold it against them, but keep an eye out.

A very good experience at the McDonald's in Vaison-la-Romaine, especially during the peak summer season. I received a very warm welcome from the manager, Mohammed, with a complimentary coffee. The team is polite, efficient, and friendly, especially Hugo, who took excellent care of me. Thank you to the whole team for this warm welcome.
