McDonald's sur Saint-Romain-En-Viennois

Due to an Uber problem for which they are in no way responsible, they made the gesture of remaking my order, a big thank you for this gesture.

Drive-thru. What a disappointment to get home and realize items are missing from your order. You think, "I won't check, I trust them." And there's a line waiting behind you, so you hurry. And there you have it. We're not going to turn back for fries, but we're still pretty annoyed.

I'm fed up, every time there's something missing from my order… Whether it's a sauce, a drink, a burger, or disgustingly overcooked fries… today the fries are missing… I try to check before leaving, but one out of three times I manage to find something missing at the bottom of the bag… I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this is too much… get a grip… It's really exhausting… And the air conditioning at -40°C is something else… Edit from 09/01/2026: (Slightly harsh rating change) Thank you for taking the time to respond; I appreciate the effort to improve. Positive point: the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Very good hygiene and the dining area is well-maintained (a significant improvement over the last two years).

Sébastien is a young, professional, and competent manager. No complaints whatsoever, everything is top-notch! A welcoming team and excellent service. The McDonald's South in Orange is truly fantastic; I highly recommend it. Well done to the entire team, and especially to Sébastien for his professionalism!

We had a wonderful time at this McDonald's with our family! There were many of us, including friends, our children, and their kids, and the welcome was truly warm. Despite the number of people, the service was quick, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special mention goes to the little touches that made my daughters' birthday even more special: candles on their donuts, and even a book given to each of them by the manager. 📚🎂 They were thrilled! Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and hospitality. It's these little touches that really make a difference. We'll definitely be back!

Very good, welcoming and attentive waiter, and as good as ever

I've been to this McDonald's very often over the past four years, so my opinion will be general. I sometimes feel the staff is understaffed. The wait can be disappointing... especially on Sunday evenings and some weeknights. I try to avoid those days if I can now. Lunchtime, on the other hand, is super fast. I no longer use the drive-thru; I prefer to eat in. The restaurant is very clean and well air-conditioned, almost too well. When they can do something, they do. Hugo is very pleasant and attentive. The rest of the team responds with a smile. They've made great progress over time. The few times I've had a complaint, whether at the counter or on the phone, they've taken the time to explain things to me. I do miss the manager with the big glasses for that. The prices are a bit high, even for a McDonald's, but that hasn't stopped me from coming back. Sometimes the glasses are a little dirty, with some residue that wasn't properly cleaned. Once, I was told the machine was broken. But several times now, it's becoming worrying... These are isolated incidents, and they don't hesitate to replace the drink. Considering the rest of the restaurant, I don't hold it against them, but keep an eye out.
